In this powerful memoir, Blair Linne writes about her experiences with fatherlessness, sharing about how deeply it impacted her to grow up without a dad in the home. I could have finished it in one day as it is thought provoking and tells a story of Blair’s journey of finding her eternal Father with a surprising twist midway through. It only took me 2 months to read because I digested every page so deeply. Definitely was a healing experience to read through Blair’s memoir and to constantly be reminded of the truth of the Gospel and the goodness of God- our Father who will never leave us or forsake us. And how much greater is a spiritual family than an earthly one? We get to spend eternity together! Thank you Jesus for this gift! This book has positively shifted my perspective and view of my self worth, as a woman whose father was absent for most of her life and then passed away in March 2021. How he Fathers us all through his word and the church. Blair Linne gives a transformational take on how God tangibly Fathers the fatherless.
